A warm welcome to Herne Lea. We have recently refurbished our elegant Edwardian house and installed modern facilities whilst retaining the character of the property. Situated in this pretty market town, whether your visit is for business or pleasure, we are confident you will not be disappointed.
Ilminster is in the heart of South Somerset with National Trust houses in villages nearby. A produce market is held on Thursdays .The town has a beautiful Minster church, a small Theatre, an Arts centre and a range of good quality shops. Sport is well catered for with a super new bowling and tennis club. Football and cricket is played in a lovely parkland setting nestling under Herne Hill. Windwhistle golf course is 4 miles away. There are plenty of walks and cycle pathways nearby.
Being just off the junction with the A303 & A358 we are well placed for access to and from all parts of the country by road and rail. We have a daily coach service to London. The M5 Motorway (junction25) is approx 8 miles.
